Rachel Greenwood is more than just a broker and owner of Greenwood Residential, she is a testament to the power of determination and the influence of a supportive upbringing. Born and raised in California, Rachel was instilled with values of perseverance and ambition by her successful businesswoman mother, who is hailed as a financial planning queen, and her father, who taught her to fearlessly pursue her dreams.

Equipped with a business degree and a vision of running a family-owned company that uplifted others, Rachel found her calling in real estate after being drawn to the industry. Settling in Raleigh, she swiftly rose to become a top agent consistently selling over 50 homes annually while continuously bettering herself and her skills.

In 2022, Rachel's life took a profound turn as she became the full-time caregiver for her best friend and father, who bravely battled cancer. Throughout this challenging period, she found solace in the enduring lessons her father imparted and rediscovered her unwavering determination to fulfill her aspirations. Following his passing, Rachel felt a void within her, ultimately realizing that she wasn't living up to her fullest potential.

In her capacity as Operating Officer, V oversees the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. She is dedicated to optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

V works hand in hand with Rachel Greenwood, Broker/Owner of Greenwood Residential who is best known for her innovative visions for the company. With V at her side, those visions come to life as she is the chief integrator every day. V works with the founding brokers to strategize and develop initiatives so that they are made into a reality in a more expeditious and well-rounded manner. Greenwood Residential is a full-service, value-based team, and V's main goal is to ensure the services and the value provided by the company to its clients are second to none.
