About Vernicia McDowell

V is a dynamic and visionary leader serving as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Greenwood Residential. With a passion for leadership, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the organization.

 

In her capacity as Operating Officer, V oversees the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments. She is dedicated to optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

 

V works hand in hand with Rachel Greenwood, Broker/Owner of Greenwood Residential who is best known for her innovative visions for the company. With V at her side, those visions come to life as she is the chief integrator every day. V works with the founding brokers to strategize and develop initiatives so that they are made into a reality in a more expeditious and well-rounded manner. Greenwood Residential is a full-service, value-based team, and V's main goal is to ensure the services and the value provided by the company to its clients are second to none.

 

Outside of her professional endeavors, V is actively involved in Big Brothers/Big Sisters of the Carolinas and MadMiles running club. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter, Gabriella and their golden retriever, Georgia Mae. V is a true embodiment of leadership, blending strategic acumen with hands-on operational expertise to drive Greenwood Residential to new heights.
